The mission of Nowalsky & Gothard, APLLC is to provide quality legal representation to our clients through the ethical practice of law, with honest and fair billing practices. Our attorneys have collectively practiced law in this state for almost one hundred years! We were all trained by seasoned attorneys to competently and ethically represent our clients. We carry on this tradition by representing individuals, and small businesses, for a variety of needs.
We strive to treat our staff, clients, and all whom we encounter with dignity, respect and equality. We understand that selecting an attorney is an important and difficult decision for an individual or business to make. At Nowalsky & Gothard, APLLC, we have made the decision not to advertise on television, not to make up a slogan or nickname, and not to try to represent as many people as possible for every type of claim. New clients are typically referred by word of mouth from former or current satisfied clients, which is how we think it should be.
