How to prepare?

Certain things are required for us to notarize your documents. For things to go smoothly, please be prepared when we arrive.

Requirements:
  • Everyone who is signing MUST be present.
  • Witnesses cannot be a party to the instrument, must be of sound mind, and MUST be present.
  • A valid government issued photo ID (Drivers License, State ID, or Passport) for each person signing. ID must not be expired and must reflect the name printed on the document.
  • The documents to be notarized must be completed entirely before notarization (no blanks). We can customize documents for you at an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you require a customized document.
  • Be on time.
  • Form of Payment – Cash, Money Order, and Credit Cards are gladly accepted.
